Yes. On sales properties there is a 12 month cap for the upfront payment service and 6 month cap for the deferred payment service. A 3 month cap is applicable for lettings properties. The average time taken for us to sell a property is 3 months and to let a property is 3 weeks.

If you chose a split fee package there will be a fee to pay on completion. All our other packages and extras are payable upfront and will not entail a fee on completion.

There is no catch: the main cost for an estate agent is an expensive shop front and high street location which as an internet estate agent, we avoid. The internet is the first place buyers look for a property so a high street presence is not necessary. We do not compromise on any part of our service and in most cases exceed what you might expect from a traditional high street agent!

Yes, we cover the whole of the UK for sales and lettings.

Not very much! The internet is now the main provider of buyers and renters, so as long as your agent is proactive in processing these leads there is little difference. Typically we are open longer than a local agent to make sure we do not miss any enquiries.

Our business survives almost solely on repeat customers and word of mouth. Our low costs and high level of service mean that it is in our interest to sell or let your property as quickly and efficiently as possible. Without the success of the product we sell we simply would not have survived.

Yes you can use your own photos. If you've opted for professional photographs you may also use your own photos in addition to these.
